Bendre has reportedly been roped in for the sequel to 'Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai'
Close on the heels of a slew of actresses making their Bollywood comeback, buzz is that Sonali Bendre has been roped in for Ekta Kapoor’s sequel to Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai.
The film that stars Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha and Imran Khan is slated to go on the floors soon. Our sources say that the makers have already approached Sonali for a meaty role but the actress is yet to sign the dotted lines.
Sonali recently opted out of a reality show on television, of which she has been a judge in the past. Now, it appears that the film offer could be the reason behind her sudden decision to give the TV show a miss.
After taking a sabbatical from Bollywood post her marriage to producer Goldie Behl, the actress was seen in a special appearance in Karan Johar’s Kal Ho Naa Ho.
After some more cameos in Telugu and Marathi films, this sequel could be her big ticket to her Bollywood comeback. Sonali remained unavailable for comment.
