Ultimate "Holiday Helpers" ;)


The Dragon Tattoo

1.5 oz. SKYY Infusions Dragon Fruit
.5 oz. American honey liqueur
1 oz. Peach nectar
5 Raspberries
1 Sugar cube
Squeeze of lemon
Champagne or sparkling wine

Muddle ingredients (except sugar cube) and shake over ice. Place sugar cube in the bottom of the glass and strain drink over it. Top with Champagne or sparkling wine.

Peppermint Kiss

1 oz. Alizé Red Passion
1 oz. Apple juice
1/3 oz. Lemon juice
1/3 oz. Sugar syrup
2/3 oz. Vikingfjord Vodka

Shake and strain into a martini glass.

Hot Buttered Rum
To make the cocktail base:
1 lb. Brown sugar
0.25 lb. Butter
Pinch of salt
4.0 oz. Fresh apple cider
0.5 oz. Fresh extracted ginger juice
0.5 tsp. Nutmeg
0.5 tsp. Allspice

Blend ingredients, bring to a boil before removing from the heat, then let cool and store in refrigerator. Then add:

2 tbsp. of the prepared cocktail base
2.0 oz. Appleton Estate Reserve
6.0 oz. Hot water

Stir the above ingredients together and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

"Who Needs Mistletoe" Mojito
1½ oz. Van Gogh BLUE Triple Wheat Vodka
¼ c. Fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice
1 tbsp. Minced fresh coriander
1 tsp. Maple syrup

In a shaker, combine all ingredients above. Shake vigorously with ice, strain into martini glass rimmed with maple flakes, drop in 2 coriander leaves, and garnish glass with pink grapefruit rind.

Kir Royale
1 strip orange rind, pith removed
1 tbsp. Creme de Cassis
6 oz. Sparkling white wine
Champagne grapes
Ice cubes

Chill 1 champagne flute that has been filled with ice cubes. Discard the ice before filling the glass with the cocktail. Rim the glass with the rind and place it in the glass. Pour in the Creme de Cassis, fill the rest of the glass ¾ of the way with the sparkling white wine and drop in a couple of grapes.

Naughty or Spice
1 oz. Alizé Gold Passion
1 Small slice fresh ginger
½ oz. Lemon juice
1 oz. Pineapple juice
¼ oz. Sugar syrup

In the base of a cocktail glass, muddle ginger. Add all remaining ingredients. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
